Former President, Donald Trump has been found guilty of all 34 counts of conspiracy, obstruction of justice, and campaign fraud in a trial at the federal level.

The verdict which is considered embarrassing for Trump can negatively influence his future political agenda.

Described by many as the most politicized trial in America’s history, Trump’s trial was undoubtedly a unique event that caught the nation’s attention.

Trump was said to have participated in hush payments to two women who claimed to have had extramarital affairs with him when he was president and then tried to have a hand in the payments.

The trial was a long and convoluted one, but it established beyond a reasonable doubt that Trump did indeed pay hush money to two women, Stormy Daniels and Karen McDougal, with the aid of his former attorney and personal lawyer Michael Cohen. All of them were created before the 2016 presidential campaigns.

Following the verdict, pandemonium engulfed the compound of the courthouse. In front of the courthouse, the protestors and reporters were cock-a-hoop and slightly wincing. While some were shocked, scared, and angry some jubilated with placards. The entire activity was captured by helicopters that were flying overhead.

It was based on a string of emails, text messages, and the company’s financial statements that provided direct involvement of Trump. The prosecution also presented several witnesses and one of them was Michael D. Cohen, who was the defendant.

The defense also argued that Trump had no involvement with the payments and that Cohen made them without his consent. The defense also argued that the payments could not be deemed unlawful since they were made by Trump from his pocket.

It can also generate a change in the behavior and political and public activities, towards ethical and responsible actions.

Continuing the political fight, Trump allegedly claims that Biden’s administration is to blame for his guilty verdict.
