Megan Fox has responded to accusations of “xenophobia” over her recent comments and pictures with Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce. After the Chiefs won the Super Bowl LVIII, Swift and her boyfriend partied at Zouk Nightclub at Resorts World Las Vegas.
The couple appeared in a photograph with none other than Fox and Machine Gun Kelly. The picture, which quickly went viral, unintentionally gifted the internet with another controversy. Fans commented on Fox’s appearance, claiming she looks “different.”
Many speculated that the 37-year-old actress looked “very different” because of Botox. Also, others claimed that she had undergone serious plastic surgery. The fans had much to say about Fox’s appearance in the photo, which she clearly wasn’t having.
Subsequently, the stunning actress took to Instagram to post pics of her time with MGK, Kelce, and Swift. However, with better lighting and different angles. Megan Fox wrote in her caption, “Oh my god guys look how different I…. don’t look at all.”

Furthermore, she noted that the “shadowy cell phone pic” made her look like a “blowup doll.” The “Transformers” actress compared her appearance in the photograph to a “Ukrainian blowup doll.” Also, she compared herself to an “expensive real s*x doll you can only get from Japan.”
Following her post, fans flooded her comments section. They labeled her caption as “xenophobic,” which forced her to address the accusations on the social media platform. “Dear god. That is NOT what I meant,” she wrote.
“Ukrainian women are hot af, and so in my imagination, the blowup dolls would also be hot.” She added, “Let a girl make a joke for f***s sake.” Despite the disclaimer, fans labeled Fox’s references to Ukraine and Japan controversial.

“Disgusting, xenophobic comment by Megan Fox,” a fan wrote on X. “Ukrainian women are in the middle of a war. Ukrainian women are fighting for their lives.” Also, famous Russian influencer Polina Pushkareva commented on the image.
“I guess xenophobia towards eastern Europeans is still a thing in Hollywood,” Pushkareva wrote. “What a weird thing to post,” another fan commented on X. Despite the outrage following her posts, Megan Fox has not commented on the controversy.
In a 2023 interview with Sports Illustrated, the “Jennifer’s Body” actress shared her experience with body dysmorphia. “I have body dysmorphia,” Fox explained. “I don’t ever see myself the way other people see me.” She added, “There’s never a point in my life where I loved my body, never, ever.”

“We may look at somebody and think, ‘That person’s so beautiful. Their life must be so easy,'” Megan Fox said. “They most likely don’t feel that way about themselves.” The stunning actress concluded, “Yeah, I have body dysmorphia. I have a lot of deep insecurities.”
