Security measures have reportedly been increased at the burial site of Megan Thee Stallion’s mother amid an ongoing dispute with Nicki Minaj. The conflict appears to have arisen after Megan, 28, released the song “HISS,” featuring lyrics: “These hoes don’t be mad at Megan / These h*es mad at Megan’s Law.”
The heightened security is considered a precautionary measure in light of the tension between the two artists. The mention of “Megan’s Law” in the song appears to be a reference to US laws that require the public disclosure of names and addresses of registered sex offenders.
While Nicki Minaj is not explicitly mentioned in the lyrics, fans speculate that it’s a subtle dig at individuals in Minaj’s personal life, including her husband, Kenneth Petty, and brother, Jelani Maraj.
In response, Nicki Minaj released a diss track titled “Big Foot,” which targeted Megan’s mother, Holly Thomas. Thomas had passed away in 2019 after battling brain cancer. The ongoing feud has led to increased security measures at the final resting place of Megan Thee Stallion’s mother.

Nicki Minaj’s diss track, “Big Foot,” includes the line: “Better go conjure up your mother and apologize,” suggesting a direct reference to Megan Thee Stallion’s late mother, Holly Thomas.
Nicki Minaj has explicitly denied that “Big Foot” is a diss track, but the feud between her and Megan Thee Stallion has been ongoing, marked by public jabs for an extended period. Reports suggest that the tension began when Megan and Cardi B achieved musical success, allegedly sparking jealousy from Nicki Minaj. This hatred has manifested in public statements and social media exchanges between the two artists.

As previously mentioned, TMZ has reported that individuals claiming to be fans of Nicki Minaj leaked the burial site of Megan Thee Stallion’s late mother on social media, allegedly urging others to vandalize the grave.
The cemetery in Texas has responded by notifying local authorities and enhancing security measures at their facility due to the escalating feud between the two artists. Despite the increased security, there have been no reported incidents at the gravesite.
One netizen commented, “Ladies, you both have become successful as women rappers. If this is real beef and not just for publicity, you both need to grow up. There is no need for any of this.”
Another one commented, “You all are too old for this BS! And Niki! How can you make fun of someone’s mom who died of brain cancer? That’s low.”
Nicki Minaj and her current husband, Kenneth “Zoo” Petty, first met during their teenage years. Even though their relationship has been kept relatively private, Kenneth “Zoo” Petty’s legal issues have attracted attention.
He is a level two registered sex offender in New York and has served time in prison for offenses including attempted rape in the first degree and first-degree manslaughter.
