Finley Aaron Love Lockwood is a twin. Her twin sister’s name is Harper Vivienne Ann Lockwood, and she is believed to be the eldest of the pair. They were born via cesarean section on October 7, 2008, in Thousand Oaks, California.

Her father met Lisa in 2004 after she hired him as her musical director. In 2006, Michael and Lisa tied the knot in a lavish ceremony in Japan. When the girls were two, Lisa decided to move the family to England. 

They bought a house in a friendly neighborhood that Lisa praised for improving their quality of life. Finley and her family spent six years there before they moved back to the US. 

Finley’s parent marriage lasted for ten years before Lisa filed for divorce. She and her sister were eight years old at the time.

After her marriage to Keough ended, Lisa married Michael Jackson. It was a difficult time in the King of Pop’s life, and the marriage only lasted two years before they parted ways.

Lisa still had custody of Finley and Harper while she was alive. However, with her demise, Michael got full custody of the twins. In March 2023, while Lisa’s family battled over her estate, the guitarist filed a petition requesting to be his twins’ legal guardian ad litem.

On April 13, 2023, a Los Angeles court named the musician the guardian ad litem of Finley and Harper. Someone who could have contested Michael’s demand for full custody of the girls is their stepfather Danny Keough. He was living with them and Lisa before she passed on and had come to see himself as their father.
