The fourth step is, after removing it from the microwave, carefully removing the egg from the water with a slotted spoon or wire skimmer.

The final step is to serve it on bread or a bed of greens with avocado, spicy sauce, chili crisp, and other toppings. However, it is important to know that because every microwave has different base temperatures, cook time will vary. Consequently, for the first time, testing if 40 to 45 seconds is good enough.

However, if you don’t get a good enough result the first time, add 5 seconds to the original time until you get the desired result. In less time than it takes to make a pot of coffee, you can have a breakfast fit for a café. You do this by spreading the protein into a café-worthy breakfast with toast, spinach, and toppings.
