New York- A district attorney is being probed after her altercation with a Police Offer.
The body camera on the officer reveals her violent confrontation with the officer who stopped her from over-speeding.
In her response, she requested he let her alone. Attorney Sandra Dooley, however, issued an apology a day after the governor’s remarks.
The footage of the incident reveals the whole event. The officers followed through and were only doing their job when they pulled into the garage where Doley had just parked.
The official, recognized as Cameron Crisafulli, asked Attorney Dooley why she refused to stop despite the attempt to make her comply by turning on the lights and siren.
The entire video shows how Dooley was adamant and refused to comply.

According to the law, I’m just doing my job, Crisafulli said. I’m having a really bad day, she said. Later that day, a supervisor visited her at home and spoke with Dooley. The police officer eventually gave her a ticket for over-speeding and wished her a nice day.
In a statement by Hochu, Dooley’s actions are not consistent with her duties as district attorney and undermine her authority to hold others liable for their violations of the law.
Dooley dropped a video apology, stating: She’s sorry about her actions. She further went on to admit that she did not show respect for the values she has championed throughout her career spanning over 33 years.

She added- I did not respond and treat the police officer with the utmost respect that he deserved. All police officers deserve respect. And it’s worth it.
According to her, she was just overwhelmed by what had happened around her.
Getting home from work and confronted with the murder case that had occurred earlier the previous week, and the shock over the health condition of her husband.
However, we all have unpleasant and stressful days. Despite what may have happened, it was wrong to criticize a police officer who was just doing his job. I apologized to him, I am sorry.

She stood up to her own mistake, pleaded guilty to over-speeding, paid the necessary fine, and she would also notify the necessary committee of the incident.
If any of my deputy prosecutors did that, I would discipline them, and for that, I’m going to discipline myself. This would serve as a reminder that professionalism is important and no one is above the law. I will take up ethics training. I’m going to take it, she explained.
I have been humiliated by my stupidity, and I take full responsibility for it. Please forgive me and I promise to correct my mistakes.
