Lisha Bai has been married to Peter Scanavino for over a decade. As far as he is concerned, meeting her is the best thing that ever happened to him.

Lisha Bai is the woman who managed to steal the heart of famous actor Peter Scanavino. 

Scanavino is popular now for his appearances on the big screen and TV. However, he was not into acting at first. His affinity for it only began in his first year in college when he got into theatre. 

It did not take him long to realize it was his calling, so he decided to drop out of college. After he did, he moved to New York City, where he landed theatre roles. Eventually, he started landing bigger roles, and the rest, as they say, is history. 

Scanavino went on to enjoy success in his acting career. However, his proudest achievement may just be the family he raised with his wife, Lisha Bai. 

Who Is Lisha Bai? 

Lisha Bai is best known for being Peter Scanavino’s wife. However, she has a life of her own and is also quite accomplished – just not as an actor.

Bai is a post-war artist and painter whose art has been showcased in exhibitions all over the world. She graduated from Washington University and got her MFA in Painting/Printmaking at Yale University.

After her graduation, Bai went on to make a name for herself in the art and design industry. In 2005, she became an art instructor. She has also been a guest critic at prestigious art institutions, including the Rubin Museum of Art in New York, the Pratt Institute in Brooklyn, the Rhode Island School of Design, and Lehman College.

Bai’s art has been widely received not just within the US but also outside of it. Her works have been displayed in various states, including New York, Philadelphia, Massachusetts, Vermont, Minneapolis, and London. 

Bai has been known to enjoy working with sand. In fact, several of her works have seen her manipulating them into stunning sculptures reminiscent of minimalism’s bare austerity. 

Bai has worked with this medium for over a decade, but her most recent exhibition was in a New York City gallery back in 2019. 

Peter Scanavino Is Proud Of His Wife Lisha Bai 

It is not unusual to see spouses supporting each other and it is no different with Scanavino and Bai. The talented actor has been known to show his support for her art by giving her shoutouts on his social media pages.

In June 2021, he shared: “So proud of my wife Lisha for launching @studioarchiveproject. Give it a look, art lovers. Lots of amazing work from the archives of amazing artists, what could be better?!?!” 

Besides using his platform to elevate her works, Scanavino also aids his wife physically. He joins her in attending workmanship presentations and also celebratory occasions. 

Lisha Bai’s Beautiful Family 

Bai, who is approximately worth $2 million dollars, reportedly met Scanavino through his brother, who also happens to be an established artist. The pair hit it off and eventually went on to tie the knot on July 2, 2011.

The pair are both artists in their own right with busy schedules; however, they have not let it stop them from making a great family. They have welcomed three kids since their marriage. 

Unfortunately, they are very big on privacy, and little is known about their kids except for the tidbits Scanavino has shared. The names of their first and third child have been kept secret but they did let their fans know about the birth of their second child. 

He was named Leo and was born in 2017. The couple shared news of his arrival via Scanavino’s Twitter page, where he shared a picture of the baby and captioned it with a short welcome note. 

Bai and Scanavino are doting parents to their kids, and despite their demanding careers, they make sure to devote enough time to their kids and themselves. They have been known to visit great tourist spots all over the world, and whenever they are seen together, they always look happy and in love.
