Actress, Viola Davis took to Instagram to gush about her husband of seventeen years, Julius Tennon as she marked the Husband Appreciation Day.
The 55-year-old celebrated her husband with a series of pictures of him, looking happy at various points. The first shot showed Tennon donning a pullover and grey pants while sitting on the arms of a sofa. He had a smile plastered on his face.
In the second, Davis and her husband looked so in love as they cozied up to each other in the back seat of a convertible. The third showed the couple rocking matching black velvet outfits while posing on the red carpet.
Another picture showed the twosome locked in an affectionate kiss. The next featured a wedding photo of the pair going in for a kiss, dressed in their wedding attires. She captioned the post:
“Happy #HusbandAppreciationDay to my love, my heart, and my best decision.”
Davis also shared a video clip of her and Tennon recounting their first date during an interview. The clip was an excerpt from their appearance on the first episode of “Black Love” on Oprah Winfrey Network.
