Kelly Clarkson and Brandon Blackstock’s Marriage
Clarkson met Brandon in 2006 during a rehearsal for the Academy of Country Music Awards rehearsal. He is also the son of Narvel Blackstock, Kelly’s manager. Not long after they met, Kelly and Brandon started a romantic relationship.

In March 2012, Kelly also gushed about her boyfriend during an interview “US Magazine.” She explained that Brandon was messing up her creativity because she couldn’t stop writing happy songs.
Brandon finally popped the question in December 2012, and Kelly couldn’t hide her excitement. The singer took to Twitter to announce their engagement, declaring it the happiest night of her life.
In October 2013, Kelly and Brandon finally tied the knot, and once again, she took to Twitter to inform her fans. The “American Idol” alumn revealed she and Brandon got married at Blackberry Farms in Tennesse.
In June 2014, a couple months after their marriage, Kelly gave birth to the couple’s first child River Rose. Then two years later, in April 2016, the pair welcomed a second child, Remington Alexander.
Although the couple kept their family affairs private, Kelly often shares some secrets about their life. For example, the musician once revealed that she and Brandon are much more sexually active than most couples.

Why Did Kelly Clarkson Get Divorced?
Although Kelly and Brandon looked like a happy couple, the pair faced marital issues behind the scenes. According to “US Magazine,” the couple disagreed on numerous levels.
Also, being in quarantine together heightened the tension between the pair till it reached a breaking point for Kelly. According to the source:
