Celebrity fitness trainer Jillian Michaels spoke out in support of fairness in women’s sports after several female high school students in West Virginia staged a protest against one of their competitors, who was born male.

Michaels said the data showing men’s strength surpassing women’s is “irrefutable” on “Fox & Friends,” even when taking cross-hormone therapy into account.

“There are two competing goals in sport. One is inclusion, which everyone can understand and accept. The second goal, however, is in direct opposition to inclusion. This will be  fair competition.” Michaels said.

And if that’s your priority, if your top priority is equity rather than inclusion, you have to look at the data, and that data shows irrefutably that men are biologically stronger, faster, faster, more endurance, 10 to 30%  better.

At least five high school girls refused to participate in the Harrison County track and field championships last week after a woman Transgender woman won a one-meter shooting competition, according to the New York Post.

The 13-year-old won the competition despite five girls from a rival school refusing to object to their participation. Hers comes after a federal appeals court ruled that transgender girls cannot be banned from competing in West Virginia.

“If we rely on the studies, and I have sent out some to your manufacturers…they show that even with puberty blockers and cross-sex hormones, the reduction in physical performance, quote, is negligible. That’s what the data says “, Michaels said.

Host OutKick presenter Charly Arnolt praises the girls who refused to compete, saying their stance is the only way to spark change and protect fairness in women’s sports. These middle school girls have to give up the opportunity to stand up, Arnolt said earlier Tuesday on Fox & Friends.

“It takes a lot of courage, especially at that age, but they do it because of mutual benefit. It’s not just for them.” These girls decided, ‘You know what? We want to make sure people pay attention to it.

This is the only way and the only way for the government to start paying attention to this issue, especially the federal appeals court that just struck down the  West Virginia law banning transgender athletes from competing in women’s sports, she continued.

That’s the only way they can start to say, OK, maybe we’re doing something wrong here.
