“KUWTK” star Khloe Kardashian became one of the hottest Kardashian sisters following a lifestyle change informed by incessant trolling from fans and family.

It’s quite difficult to picture a Kardashian sister being called fat. After all, they are a clan of hot, famous, and curvy brunettes. Yet, the third sister, Khloe Kardashian lived through years of body shaming that threatened her self-esteem and confidence.

Gladly, Khloe was not one to let the public views about her body define her. Hence, she embarked on a journey that made her into one of the hottest of the sisters. The outcome of her daunting journey also gave fans one more shocker: She was a natural blonde!

Let’s take a look at how this stunning beauty went from being the “fat sister” who had to dye her hair black to fit in, to becoming a blonde hottie.

Khloe Dealt With Body Shaming

When the reality show, “Keeping Up With the Kardashians,” first hit the screens almost two decades ago, everyone was thrilled by the all-perfect family. Most especially, the oldest sisters.

Given the appearance of Kim and Kourtney, many expected Khloe to fit a certain spectrum in terms of looks and figure. And when she did not fit those expectations, they took to trolling her.

During an interview with Natalie Morales of NBC, Khloe revealed everyone always thought her the fat, chubby, unhealthy sister of Kourtney and Kim.

Admittedly, she never would have believed she’d someday become a body role model. Hence, the fitness enthusiast accepted people’s myopic description of her. Although she never felt fat, Khloe Kardashian faced incessant online trolling on Instagram and other social media platforms, on account of her body size.

Rather than try to get out of it, she owned up to their beliefs and stuck to being the first to call herself fat, before anyone else did, to lessen the Impact. Nonetheless, it had a negative impact on her mental health.

Enduring Backlash From Family

As if the online trolling she faced was not enough, Khloe had to endure similar outbursts from her family, who had a reputation as a clan of hotties. Wanting the best for the reality star and the family, they urged her to lose weight, albeit to “avoid ruining their brand.”

Although Khloe understood their perspective, and how their words came from the management side of the family, it still hurt. Having already sacrificed her hair color to fit in, the pressure from her family took the better of her, making it more challenging to deal with the harsh comparison to her sisters she faced daily.

Khloe’s Struggle With Being Fat

In her show, “Revenge Body,” Khloe went into details about the impact of years of body-shaming on her body image, and how it contributed to her anxiety.

The star once recounted how her weight gain worsened following the death of her dad, Robert Kardashian. According to Khloe, she turned to food as a way of coping with the loss. Her excessive consumption of unhealthy foods, coupled with drinking, further heightened her struggle.

Finally Attaining Her Revenge Body

After years of listening to trolls, family and fans label her as “fat,” Khloe began her journey to becoming the hottie the world knows today. However, she needed a little nudge in the right direction to get started.

The E! star’s nudge came in the form of her rocky divorce from ex-husband, Lamar Odom. Rather than cope with the resulting emotional upheaval the same way she did her dad’s loss, she opted for a healthy outlet, turning to exercise.

The icon explained how she decided to take to the treadmill for one hour each day, as a coping mechanism. Not only did the activity distract her from the nerve-wracking thoughts awaiting her at home, but it also took pounds off her weight unconsciously. Before long, Khloe Kardashian attained the body-to-die-for, which she rightly termed the revenge body.”

Being Khloe Kardashian

In her transformed body, Khloe became more confident, even daring to quit dying her hair and embrace its natural hue. So far, looking different from the other Kardashians has only sparked rumors about her paternity. Nothing the confident beauty can’t handle.

Meanwhile, Khloe Kardashian continues inspiring millions through her dedication to the gym and workout sessions. She detailed her struggle with being fat, and her journey to fitness in her best-selling book, “Strong Looks Better Naked.” The book’s success ultimately birthed the E! reality series, “Revenge Body.”

Going by Khloe Kardashian’s latest photos, the 37-year old’s fitness efforts have certainly paid off. That’s what we call from nottie to hottie!
