Authorities have discovered the body of a newly graduated teenager who vanished from a four-day party. Officials said he had a fractured skull and broken ribs, and his teeth were scattered around him. Also, they found him naked and dead on the side of a rural highway in Oklahoma.
The details about the final moments of 19-year-old Noah Presgrove remain cloaked in mystery. According to reports, Presgrove told friends he was leaving the party to go for a walk. Afterward, his body was found about a mile away in Jefferson County, Oklahoma, on Labor Day, 2023.
Following the incident, Oklahoma Highway Patrol described the 19-year-old’s death as “suspicious” in mid-September 2023. However, seven months later, with the investigation into his death seemingly gone quiet, his family is speaking out. Presgrove’s family is revealing the harrowing nature of his injuries.
The family described the 19-year-old as goofy, fearless and hilarious. According to reports, Presgrove had recently graduated from Comanche High School. He was enjoying a summer off before he planned to join the military. He’d been at a four-day 22nd birthday party when friends said he decided to go for a walk.

However, Presgrove couldn’t find one of his shoes, so he took another. About seven months later, what happened to the 19-year-old remains a mystery. Presgrove’s family say they are yet to see the Medical Examiner’s report outlining his cause of death.
When authorities found him, he was naked except for a pair of mismatched shoes. The boy’s aunt, Robyn Smith, recounted the gory sight to reporters. “There was a wound to the back of his head,” Smith said. “Different skull fractures. He had ribs broken, and it was all on the left side.”

Smith said officials found Presgrove’s teeth scattered on the ground, and he had rashes from road gravel on his shoulder and hip. Furthermore, she said the family discovered her nephew’s body severely bruised and swollen at the funeral home.
His fingertips reportedly appeared “shredded.” “They said that they didn’t think this was from a vehicle,” Smith said. “There was no indication of any kind of injuries to the lower half of his body.” Also, cousins who spoke to reporters described Presgrove as “fearless,” “goofy,” and “hilarious.”
“At the end of the day, what we know is that he lost his life,” cousin Lindsay Fowler said. “He was found on the side of the highway. And it appears that he was dumped there, and someone knows what happened.” Fowler added, “And we want to know what happened.”

In addition, Presgrove’s relatives felt that the Oklahoma Highway Patrol had left them in the dark since the incident. Many of Presgrove’s cousins, aunts, and grandparents have been active on a Facebook page. They named it “Justice for Noah Presgrove” to raise awareness of his case and pressure authorities for answers.
The OHP has kept quiet despite the family voicing concerns about the case and the seemingly dead investigation. A spokesperson for the agency did not reveal any details about the investigation. However, the spokesperson confirmed that “the investigation is still ongoing.”
