Iconic actor, Alec Baldwin and his wife, Hilaria Baldwin recently welcomed a new baby, taking to Instagram to share the wonderful news.
Hollywood icons, Alec and Hilaria Baldwin added a new baby to their growing family, making them proud parents to six amazing children.
The 37-year-old podcaster shared the remarkable news on social media, showing off the newborn, and her five other kids in a heartfelt photo.
The photo featured the yoga instructor in bed, surrounded by her brood of six. While the children had their gazes focused on the camera, Hilaria Balwin looked entranced as she stared at the newborn and her six-month-old son, Edu, both lying in front of her.
No doubt the older kids were glad to have a newcomer in their midst, as evident in their excited looks. Hilaria’s caption depicted the number “7” and a red heart emoji. It also displayed a mention of her husband’s name, “Alec” as the man behind the camera.
The joy of welcoming a newborn is not alien to Alec and Hilaria, who are already parents to 7-year-old Carmen Gabriela, Rafael Thomas, 5, Leonardo Angel Charles, 4, Romeo Alejandro David, 2 and 6 months old Edu Pao Lucas.
Additionally, Alec is also father to a 25-year-old daughter, Ireland, from his previous marriage to actress, Kim Bassinger.
During an interview in November, the mother-of-six revealed she had no intentions of expanding the family. She also reflected on how challenging it has been raising a family while coping with the ongoing coronavirus pandemic.
Hilaria Baldwin finally gave in to her children’s demands
According to her, the thought of having another child amid the pandemic felt like insanity. Going further, the icon explained how people constantly drilled her on the subject, especially her kids, who yearned in anticipation, for the arrival of a new sibling.
It appeared Hilaria Baldwin finally gave in to her children’s demands, making the large family all the happier. And with the looks of it, the bundle of joy has been a long way coming.
To the rest of the world, the new addition came as a surprise, as nothing could have prepared anyone for the new arrival barely six months after welcoming their last kid.
Back in September, the lovebirds announced the birth of their fifth child, Edu. They shared a picture of the “Mom Brain” podcast co-host and her husband in the hospital, posing with the newborn on their respective social media accounts.
Hilaria gushed about their excitement in her caption, confirming they could not be happier. The 62-year old’s caption on the same photo also screamed excitement. He concluded with a note of how much he loved the new baby.
Prior to Edu’s birth, the new mother suffered two miscarriages. The first happened in April 2019, and another in November of the same year. Little wonder their joys of finally welcoming a new baby knew no bound.
