A shocking incident occurred recently in a bustling Massachusetts grocery store parking lot. The police authorities in Massachusetts quickly responded to an unusual crash where a vehicle became lodged between two cars.
The BBC reported that the driver accidentally pressed the accelerator instead of the brake. This caused the driver’s red Audi to become trapped between a black BMW and a grey Chevy following the collision. The driver was trapped in the vehicle for some time before he was pulled out.
“One person was briefly trapped in the vehicle before being extricated by the Wellesley Fire Department,” the post read. According to the news outlet, the drivers sustained minor injuries from the collision. The crash happened on Linden Street, specifically in the 100 blocks, right before a Roche Brothers market and CVS Pharmacy.
This happened in the Boston suburb of Wellesley, as confirmed by the police. The Wellesley Police Department shared a video of the crash on its Facebook page. The footage showed fire and ambulance crews at the scene and responding to the incident.

Also, in the video, one of the vehicles surrounding the Audi had a smashed-in windshield and hood. From the footage, it indicated that there was significant damage. However, it remains unclear what exactly caused the crash. “One person was briefly trapped in the vehicle before being extricated by the Wellesley Fire Department,” the post read.
A woman who witnessed the accident responded to the police video. “I work at the pharmacy next door and almost parked there this morning to run into Roche Brothers. I regret not parking there because my cars have been a little finicky, and I got full coverage,” one woman wrote in response to the police video.

Another Facebook user wrote. “That Audi has to have come from across the row dividing median. It destroyed the front end of the BMW.” The unidentified driver received immediate medical attention from paramedics before being transported to a hospital for further treatment.
According to reports, the driver is recovering from minor injuries sustained during the incident. No criminal charges were filed. On the same eventful day, there was another devastating crash between an ambulance and an SUV in Foxborough, Massachusetts.

The crash occurred just before 7 p.m. on Route 140, Main Street. The Norfolk District Attorney’s Office reported that a Brewster Ambulance was carrying a 77-year-old patient when it collided head-on with a Honda Pilot. The patient, fortunately, remained inside the ambulance and was taken to Rhode Island Hospital for evaluation.
Unfortunately, an 8-year-old girl suffered critical injuries, and four others were hurt due to the collision. The Girl’s 40-year-old mother was also taken to the hospital, along with two Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTs), both in their mid-20s. All of them were inside the ambulance at the time of the collision.
However, the details of the crash have remained scarce, as it is uncertain what caused it. “The matter remains under investigation by multiple agencies with no charges in place,” the district attorney’s office said in a statement.
