In a new development, Wynonna Judd’s daughter, Grace Kelley, has been taken into custody for the third time in 2024. On October 27, 2024, Kelley was taken into custody in Albemarle County, Virginia, following an accusation of grand theft. According to PEOPLE, Kelley was arrested on seven allegations, among which were three counts of felony grand larceny.
In a report obtained from the Albermarle County Police Department, Wynonna Judd’s daughter, Grace Kelley, was charged with driving without a license. She was also charged with intentionally destroying property, failing to utilize headlights, and starting a vehicle with the purpose of committing a felony.
Kelley’s charges were also confirmed by the Ground Zero Church of the Nazarene on a GoFundMe page. On its GoFundMe page, the church’s main pastor, James Kent Hart, released a statement regarding Grace Kelley’s arrest.
Hart wrote, “On October 27th, our green church van and trailer were stolen from in front of our pastor’s home by Grace Pauline Kelley. Grace is currently in police custody. The van was damaged during the theft and after being inspected by a body shop, the insurance has determined it to be a total loss.”
In addition, Hart wrote, “We want the community to know that on a personal level, we have forgiven Grace Kelley.” The GoFundMe account, which has a goal of $30,000, was created to fund a replacement for the damaged vehicle. As of December 2, 2024, the page has received a total donation of $2,593.

Who Is Wynonna Judd’s Daughter?
On June 21, 1996, Wynonna Judd welcomed her second child and only daughter, Grace Pauline Kelley, with her ex-husband, Arch Kelley III. In 1997, a year after Kelley’s birth, Judd discussed her delivery struggles in an interview with the Tampa Bay Times. Judd said, “Let’s just say I don’t want to get back into the delivery room. But I came the closest I’ve come to dying.”
While discussing her pregnancy and delivery struggles, Judd revealed that she shares a unique relationship with Kelly. She said, “I have a separate and unique love for Grace. It’s funny when you have one and become pregnant again. You think, ‘How can I love another?’ But you make room.”
On April 13, 2022, Kelley gave birth to her little daughter, Kaliyah. In May 2022, Wynonna posted on Instagram to announce the arrival of her grandchild. Captioning the post, Judd stated that she was working on becoming a healthy grandmother to her first grandchild.
In addition, the singer stated that by becoming a better version of herself, her granddaughter would escape the cycle of addiction and dysfunctional families.

Since her arrest in 2016 for meth possession, Grace Kelley has always been on the opposite side of the law. On April 5, 2024, Wynonna Judd’s daughter was arrested in Alabama on complaints of improper behavior. According to the news report, she was charged with indecent exposure and hindering government services. This would mark her first run-in with law enforcement in 2024.
However, six days later, on April 11, 2024, Kelley was charged with soliciting prostitution. According to the police report, Kelley allegedly exposed “her breasts and lower body” on a major roadway. Subsequently, on April 17, 2024, per her arrest warrant, Kelley was released on a $2,000 bail.
Kelley’s soliciting prostitution allegation was eventually dismissed, and the indecent exposure penalty was reduced to public lewdness. She was fined $200 and sentenced to 60 days in prison after pleading guilty to counts of public lewdness and hindering governmental activities. She was eventually released on May 23, 2024.
Grace Kelley was also sentenced to eight years in jail in 2018 for meth possession and violating probation after fleeing a court-ordered drug rehabilitation program. She was granted early release in December 2022, but after violating a parole and protection order in May 2023, she was returned to jail. She was freed from prison again in October 2023 after many months.

What Did Wynonna Judd’s Daughter Do?
In October 2024, Kelley was arrested for the third time in 2024 for stealing and damaging a vehicle belonging to a Virginia church. According to Hart, Wynonna Judd’s daughter had taken his church’s outreach van and trailer from his house on October 27, 2024.
The van, which was green in color, was valued at $3,800. This arrest comes after Kelley was taken into custody in August 2024 after she was arrested on multiple charges. Per her arrest record, Kelly was charged with fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer and driving with a suspended/revoked license.
In addition, she allegedly misused or failed to use motorcycle equipment properly. She was arrested in Georgia and booked in Carroll County Jail, where she was released on a $2,750 bond.
