Following her arrest four months earlier in April 2024, Wynonna Judd’s daughter, Grace Kelley, has been arrested again. Kelley was booked into Carroll County Jail following her arrest in Georgia. On Saturday, August 3, 2024, she was arrested after a checkpoint encounter with the police.
According to her arrest records, Kelley faces charges related to driving with a suspended or revoked license, evading police, and improperly handling motorcycle equipment. Subsequently, on Sunday, August 4, 2024, Kelley was released on a $2,750 bond per her arrest record.

Wynonna Judd’s daughter Grace Kelley, who she shares with Arch Kelley III, is no stranger to being on the opposite side of the law. On April 5, 2024, Kelley was arrested in Alabama on charges related to inappropriate behavior. According to the news report, she was charged with indecent exposure and impeding governmental functions.
However, on April 11, 2024, Kelley was charged with soliciting prostitution after she was reported to have exposed “her breasts and lower body” on a busy highway. On April 17, 2024, Kelley was released on a $2,000 bond per her arrest record.

Subsequently, Kelley’s soliciting prostitution charge was dropped, and the indecent exposure charge was reduced to public lewdness. After pleading guilty to both charges of public lewdness and impeding governmental functions, the singer’s daughter was fined $200 and served a 60-day jail sentence.
She was later released on May 23, 2024. Additionally, in 2018, Kelley received an eight-year prison sentence for meth possession and probation violations after leaving a court-ordered drug rehab program.
She was given an early release in December 2022, but after breaking a parole and protection order in May 2023, she was sent back to prison. October 2023 saw her released from prison once more after several months.
