Who Is Valerie C. Robinson? 

Valerie C. Robinson is a retired actress born on January 25, 1950, in Newfoundland, United States of America. Along with her husband, Robinson is one of the stars who has been able to keep most of her life away from the public.

As such, not much is known about her parents or educational background. Her acting career started in 1977 when she bagged a minor role in a film titled “Having Babies II.” 

Her role as Terri in the film opened doors for her, leading to her appearing in other projects. Some of her other movie credits include: “One Shoe Movie” (1982), “Over the Brooklyn Bridge” (1984), “Lottery!” (1984), “Patty Hearst” (1988), and “Awful” (2018). 

Robinson worked as a model off the set thanks to her beautiful physique. The gorgeous woman did not appear in many films. However, the few she did feature showcased her talent. It is one of the reasons she is still considered an icon in the acting industry.

Valerie C. Robinson’s husband is Michael Schoeffling, a famous American actor like herself. Schoeffling achieved fame after getting featured in the film “Sixteen Candles.” After that, he acted in several movies and television series, becoming a fan favorite and celebrity.

Why Did Valerie C. Robinson and Michael Schoeffling Leave Hollywood?

When Valerie C. Robinson and Schoeffling left acting, it was believed they both had bright futures in the industry. However, some sources claim Schoeffling retired from acting due to a scarcity of roles in 1991.

Either way, Robinson followed his steps, and they moved to Pennsylvania to start a new life. After stepping away from the set, he turned to carpentry, a skill he had honed even while acting. 

He said, “Actors spend most of their time out of work, so I spend more time making furniture. The thing about furniture that’s much better than acting is that it’s just me. There’s no director, no script–the concept is me unless a client wants something.”

He said Pennsylvania was the best choice because things were cheaper and the seasons changed. He now uses his carpentry career to support his family.

Schoeffling has his furniture store and is the CEO of the establishment. He was also once known to have dabbled in wrestling and modeling. He had two kids with his wife, Valerie C. Robinson. 

Where Are Valerie C. Robinson and Michael Schoeffling Now? 

In the years following their retirement from Hollywood, Robinson and Schoeffling fell out of the public sphere so much that nobody could speak to where they were.

Many people tried to locate them but were unsuccessful, and their families in Pennsylvania were not forthcoming with information on their whereabouts. Assuming they knew.

She has appeared in two productions as an actress: the first is a one-episode appearance in the hit series “Billions.” The other is Isabel in “Blackjack: The Jackie Ryan Story.”
