A video of Donald Trump that was intended for campaign purposes has sparked reactions. During the video, the former president was seen struggling with foamy saliva as he was speaking. Consequently, reactions and comments about Trump’s health have been made.

On Tuesday, June 4, 2024, the Republican Party, known as the GOP, took to its YouTube page to upload a campaign video of Trump. According to the video, Trump was encouraging his supporters to ensure they voted for him by any means. He asked his supporters to embrace the voting methods he had once castigated, such as absentee voting, early voting and mail-in ballots.

Trump said that although he was aware that many Republicans would prefer to wait until election day, anything could happen. He said if they were not going to be available on that day, they should register and make a voting plan.

Trump emphasised the need for a massive turnout, claiming it was the only way to prevent the radical Democrats from cheating. Trump also took a shot at his opponent, Democratic candidate and incumbent president Joe Biden, calling him a crook.

He claimed that his supporters would vote out Biden and reclaim the country and the White House from the Democrats. Trump continued claiming that if his supporters swamped the polls, then the party would secure a one-of-a-kind victory. The presidential election is scheduled for Tuesday, November 5, 2024.

The video has now gone viral, and it was not Trump’s campaign message or stance on early voting that got people talking. In the video footage, while he was speaking, one thing that stood out was his spitting and the foamy saliva in his mouth.

On Thursday, June 6, 2024, the Patriot Takes took to their X’s page, where they uploaded a short clip from the original video along with their opinion. They wrote that while Trump was campaigning, he was spitting and his campaign team couldn’t make another video. Patriot Takes is account known for researching, monitoring and exposing right-wing extremism.

POLL — Should Donald J. Trump Be Allowed to Run for Office?

According to the account, Trump was struggling with foamy saliva during his speech, a sign of possible health issues. A request was sent to Trump’s campaign team, but an official response has yet to be received.

According to the comments, it was obvious that some people believed that Trump could have some health issues. One of them is Brian Tyler Cohen, a popular political commentator who took to X and wrote that it was obvious Trump was sick.

An online commenter cited a medical article stating that excess saliva accumulates in the mouth or lungs and combines with air to cause foaming or frothing at the mouth. According to the article drug overdose, convulsions, rabies, and pulmonary edema can cause foamy saliva. Additionally, most times foamy saliva occurs, it implies a medical emergency.

Another comment wrote that maybe it’s time to call Kristi Noem to Trump down. This was in reference to the South Dakota governor’s comment about putting down her 14-month-old dog. Neom had claimed that the dog was overly aggressive and difficult to control
