A 9-year-old boy is one of the 120 individuals who are accusing Sean “Diddy” Combs of sexual assault along with abuse in forthcoming suits. Tony Buzbee, a Houston-based lawyer, claimed during a press conference on Tuesday, October 1, that Combs had sexually assaulted several minors.
Buzbee claimed that additional boys were also there to audition, most of whom were minors looking for a record deal. He stated that Sean Combs, along with other people at the recording studio, sexually assaulted the 9-year-old. Promises were made to both the boy and his parents about getting a record deal.
On Tuesday, Buzbee stated that at least 120 people had hired his law company and the AVA Law Group to launch civil claims against Comb. Buzbee stated that 25 of the accused victims were kids.
According to NBC News, Buzbee intends to launch the lawsuits in multiple states within the next 30 days. Buzbee states that the accused victims were “evenly divided between males and females.” Also, almost half of the alleged victims reported their experiences to the authorities or medical facilities.

What Happened To Sean “Diddy” Combs?
Sean “Diddy” Combs is grappling with major legal problems. On September 16, 2024, he was taken into custody and charged with sex trafficking, racketeering conspiracy, and transportation for prostitution.
These charges are part of a larger inquiry investigating allegations of sexual misconduct and abuse dating back two decades. Combs is accused of directing coercive sex acts, some of which were purportedly recorded.
He has pleaded not guilty to the accusations and is currently being held at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, New York. The matter has received considerable media attention, and Combs’ legal team has forcefully refuted the charges, emphasizing his desire to prove his innocence in court.
Why Did Sean “Diddy” Combs Delete Instagram?
The 54-year-old music mogul has removed all of his Instagram posts. This also includes a video of his apologies to his ex, Casandra “Cassie” Ventura. This came after a 2016 video surfaced showing her being physically mistreated by the artist.
A source close to Combs tells PEOPLE that deleting his social media was not a deliberate decision. They stated that the rapper had done this numerous times before. The source added that the sole explanation for why this action is being observed right now is that all eyes are on him.

They further noted that his views have been widely covered by the media worldwide and that his conduct does not diminish the comments he made, which were not directed at or about anyone.
Ventura filed a now-settled claim against Combs last year, alleging that the musician raped and trafficked her for ten years. Combs also disputed the charges, which his attorney described as “offensive and outrageous.”
Why Did Puffy Change His Name To P Diddy?
Combs’ buddies nicknamed him “Puffy” when he was younger. He told Jet magazine in 1998 that his moniker “Puffy” sprang from his boyhood habit of huffing and puffing whenever he was angry.
Following his acquittal on charges stemming from the infamous 1999 club gunfight, the “Satisfy You” rapper substituted “Puff Daddy” with “P. Diddy.” In a March 2001 MTV interview, he stated there will be no more Puff Daddy.
He explained that it was not as serious as Prince’s name change, but he desired something new. He also revealed that he will be known as P. Diddy, a nickname given to him by his pal Biggie.
In 2001, he released his third album, “The Saga Continues,” under the name P. Diddy. In 2005, he revealed to Katie Couric that he dropped the “P.” He told E! News that he thought the ‘P’ was creating a barrier between him and his supporters.
So, to make things easier, he decided to drop it. During concerts, half of the audience chanted ‘P. Diddy’ while the other half chanted ‘Diddy.’ Now everyone may simply chant ‘Diddy.’

Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs Wants To Testify
Sean “Diddy” Combs’ lawyer claims that the music mogul wants to testify in his next federal trial. The indictment against Combs revolves around “freak-offs.” Prosecutors characterize it as grandiose sex performances orchestrated by Combs.
According to the indictment, women were reportedly pressured or forced to work with male sex workers, often for numerous days. If Combs eventually testifies, he will face a potentially damaging cross-examination by prosecutors, which may make or mar the charges brought against him.
