Rachel Leviss is leaving Hollywood and returning to a quieter reality!
This comes a year and a half after her romance with her “Vanderpump Rules” co-star Tom Sandoval was revealed.
Leviss, better known by her old stage name “Raquel,” stated on the Thursday, October 17 episode of “Rachel Goes Rogue” that she would be leaving the spotlight and her podcast.
Listeners may recall that Leviss only recently debuted the podcast in January 2024. She uses the weekly show to share her thoughts on the split between her and her former “Vanderpump Rules” co-stars.
This came after the scandalous relationship that shook the Bravosphere. Here’s all we know.
All We Know About the Rachel Leviss Scandal
Tom Sandoval of “Vanderpump Rules” made headlines after rumors that he cheated on his longtime fiancée Ariana Madix with their co-star Rachel Leviss. While the TomTom restaurant co-owner’s affair with Leviss was revealed on March 3, insiders tell PEOPLE that it had been ongoing for six months.
This news left Madix “blindsided” and “devastated.” Scandoval, as fans dubbed it, ended Tom Sandoval’s nine-year relationship with his ex, Ariana Madix, who also happened to be Leviss’ former pal.

Soon, the entire world seemed to turn against Leviss, labeling her a homewrecker even as she ended her relationship with Sandoval.
As a result, Rachel Leviss spent 90 days in a mental health institution and decided not to return to “Vanderpump Rules” for the eleventh season. Instead, she processes her emotions on her podcast in regular chats with psychological and self-help professionals.
Many of the discussions on “Rachel Goes Rogue” have been about looking back, with the actress repairing her emotional wounds by atoning for her sins and clearing up any confusion fans had about her position in “Scandoval.”
However, some members of the “Vanderpump Rules” cast chastised her for frequently discussing the show and, as a result, profiting from her tale. Yet, Leviss persisted, believing that the lessons she learned from her experience might benefit others.
Is Rachel Leviss Suing Tom Sandoval and Ariana Madix?
Rachel Leviss filed a bombshell lawsuit alleging Sandoval and Madix of manufacturing and sharing revenge pornography against her. The February 29 filing complains about eavesdropping, revenge porn, violation of privacy, and deliberate infliction of emotional distress.
Leviss claimed that Sandoval was secretly filming her, and Madix disseminated the videos. In addition to her charges of revenge pornography, the 29-year-old discussed her emotional issues in the aftermath of the controversy and public outrage against her.

Madix received a blow in July when a judge upheld Rachel Leviss’ revenge porn allegation against her. Judge Daniel M. Crowley stated that the action could not be dismissed “because the alleged conduct is illegal and, therefore, not protected by the First Amendment or the anti-SLAPP statute.”
Does Rachel Leviss Have a New Boyfriend?
Rachel Leviss is in a new relationship. She stated on her podcast, while discussing with Psychologist Dr. Hillary Goldsher, that she is in a “very healthy” relationship. The actress also added that her beau — whom she does not name — is “very normal.”
Leviss expressed her happiness, noting how supportive her partner is. She shared that, with her significant other’s permission, she chose to talk about their relationship because it is a success story.
She wanted to give hope to those struggling with relationships and who can’t yet see the light at the end of the tunnel.
She emphasized that when you change your lifestyle and prioritize different aspects of your life, putting energy back into yourself, you begin to attract a different caliber of person. While the identity of Rachel Leviss’ new boyfriend remains secret, sources say he is a rocket engineer.
Way Forward For Rachel Leviss
Rachel Leviss, 30, announced her decision to fully step away from the “Vanderpump Rules” universe to focus on herself and her healing. She expressed that she is choosing a life aligned with her values and the person she wants to be every single day.

Part of that life now involves spending time on new connections she’s formed over the last year, which she says are built on a strong foundation of honesty and trust. She will continue to split her time between Arizona, where she has a home, and Idaho, where her parents live.
Even though “Rachel Goes Rogue” is ending, sources says the podcast will acquire a new title and a new host.
