This great news comes after they previously suffered a miscarriage in 2023. Fox was 10 weeks into the pregnancy when the incident happened. She described the experience in detail in her book “Pretty Boys Are Poisonous.”
The birth of this rainbow baby marks Megan Fox’s fourth child after having three sons with her ex-husband, actor Brian Austin Green. However, this is Kelly’s second child, he also shares a daughter with his ex, Emma Cannon.

The post referenced a 2022 song by Machine Gun Kelly, “Last November,” which is a track inspired by their past miscarriage from the previous year (2023).

And now, the news of the arrival of Megan Fox’s fourth baby has been announced by Machine Gun Kelly on Instagram. The 34-year-old posted a black-and-white video of the baby’s tiny hands grasping at his fingers with the words, “She’s finally here!! Our little celestial seed.”
He added zodiac sign emojis for Aries, Pisces, and Gemini. Kelly did not reveal their daughter’s name but included “3/27/25,” which is likely to confirm that the child was born on a Thursday. No other details were provided.

Are Megan Fox and Machine Gun Kelly Still Together?
Fox and Kelly met while they were filming “Midnight in the Switchgrass.” They started dating in 2020 and got engaged in January 2022 but called it off at the end of November 2024, not long after Fox announced that they had a baby on the way.
A source revealed to Page Six that while the former couple went away for the Thanksgiving holiday, Fox became suspicious and decided to go through Kelly’s phone. The source shared that “(she) found text messages involving other women and decided she was done, and it made her want him to leave (their Thanksgiving) trip early.”
According to a source for US Weekly, Fox and Kelly “have broken up several times since the pregnancy was announced. This was just one of the bigger ones that people have heard about.” It was “exhausting” for her as she’s tried to make the relationship work for years.
The source added that her “trust issues” with Kelly were caused by past behavior, but now she’s had enough. She has decided to just focus on the baby and her boys now.
How Many Children Does Megan Fox Have?
Before the arrival of Megan Fox’s fourth baby, she was already a mom to 3 boys. First is Noah Shannon Green, who is 12 years old and was born on September 27, 2012. Bodhi Ransom Green is her second child, 11 years old, born on February 12, 2014, and then her third son, Journey River Green, 8 years old.
He arrived during a difficult time for Fox and ex-husband Brian Austin Green, which was around the time they had briefly filed for divorce before reconciling and welcoming their third child. Fox first began dating Green when she was only 18 in 2004.
She then married him six years later, when she was 24, despite their thirteen-year gap. Megan Fox’s fourth baby with Machine Gun Kelly is his second child. The rapper has two kids now, two daughters. He first became a dad to his 15-year-old daughter, Casie Colson Baker, a daughter he shares with his ex, Emma Cannon.
Casie was born on July 24, 2009, in Cleveland, Ohio, when Kelly was 18 years old. She was named after him —Colson Baker (his real name). In honor of her birthday in July last year, 2024, Kelly wrote a sweet message to Casie on Instagram; he said, “The world spins, but when I look at you, it stops. Happy 15th, princess.”
Casie has appeared with her famous dad, Machine Gun Kelly, many times on the red carpet.
