In a two-year straight win, the Denver Nuggets eliminated the Lakers with a 108-106 from the playoffs in the fifth game.

The two teams gave their best, but Denver put out a classic performance and won the game. For a good player like him, the least he could do was give them their flowers.
Being defeated by another doesn’t mean you weren’t good enough and did not prepare adequately. Showing respect even in the face of defeat shows what you have in you. Kelvin Durant said in a statement.
This attitude seems to be common with James, as he portrayed the same in 2021 after a loss with the Phoenix Suns. He didn’t shake hands after the game. Probably, two straight losses to the same team consecutively was something he just couldn’t take.

In the past, we’ve seen and had examples of players congratulating an opponent who defeated them. Jordan and Piston are good role models of this.
Comparison is not something to do, but in James and Jordan, in this case, Jordan would have done better.
In 1988, 1989, and 1990, Jordan and the Bulls lost to the same team, the Pistons, in the playoffs. Despite the 3 consecutive losses, Michael Jordan didn’t just walk out after the defeat. He went ahead and embraced the Pistons.
LeBron did his best in the game, ensuring the team wasn’t sent out of the game. The all-star for 20 time recorded 30 points, 9 rebounds, 11 assists, and 4 steals the same night and got the best player for the Lakers title.

In the fourth quarter, the MVP scored 9 points and added a basket to give the Lakers a 104-103 lead with 2 minutes left.
He also hit 2 late free throws to level the game at 106, but unfortunately, Jamal drilled his 2nd game-winning shot, which sent the Lakers off.
James did well for himself with over 27.8 points, 6.8 rebounds, 8.8 assists, 2.4 steals, and 1.0 blocks in each game. In addition, with a 56.6% shot in the field, giving him the upper hand amongst others, however, that couldn’t get them to the next level, and Denver had the last dance.
