Who Is Laurie McGregor?
Laurie McGregor is Ewan McGregor and Mary Elizabeth Winstead’s first child together. He is also the actor’s first and only male child so far.
He was born in June 2021, and Ewan’s first child, Clara McGregor, from his first marriage, was the first to share the news. She made the reveal by sharing an adorable post on her Instagram.
The post included a shot that captured her little brother in her arms while she looked down at him, smiling tenderly. She captioned the picture: “Welcome to the world, little brother. Congratulations to my Dad & Mary — this is the greatest gift.”
Clara’s younger sister Esther also took to her Instagram page to share the exciting news about Laurie’s arrival. She wrote: “Met my little brother looking like a pirate. I recommend! Welcome to the family, little Laurie.”
Jamyan, an adopted child of Ewan, was not left out. She, too, gushed about Laurie’s arrival with a post on Instagram. She captioned the post: “Our little man, little Laurie, a wonderful bundle of joy, came into the world on June 26.”
Little else is known about Laurie because his parents have chosen to limit what they share with the public. They exhibited the same sentiment before his birth, hiding news and signs of pregnancy until after the delivery.

Aside from Laurie, Ewan McGregor is a proud father of four other kids whom he loves just as fiercely. They are all female and came from his marriage to production designer Eve Mavrakis.
The “Star Wars” actor got separated from Mavrakis in May 2017. It was not the first celebrity split that year. However, it still raised eyebrows because Ewan was rumored to have been having an affair with his “Fargo” co-star at the time, Mary Elizabeth Winstead.

Jamyan McGregor
The cute Asian, Jamyan, was born in Mongolia, but her life changed after being adopted by Mavrakis and Ewan in April 2006. She was 4 years old at the time. Jamyan has been aging gracefully ever since. She is a student of Mitchell College, a private liberal arts college in New London, Connecticut.
Esther McGregor
She is multi-talented. Not only is Esther, a tattoo artist, but she is also a photographer and musician. The gorgeous lady founded a band named French Thyme with producer and saxophonist Leo Major.
She shares a close bond with her sister Clara. They both came out in 2019, revealing they are bisexual. The two sisters have also walked the runway together as models. In 2018, they appeared in a campaign for Fendi.
Anouk McGregor
Anouk was adopted by Ewan and his ex-wife in 2011 when she was just four months old. She is the youngest child the pair share.
