As the Trump hush money trail comes to a close, a story is unfolding. According to new information, the judge preceded the case and made a statement during the hearing on Monday, May 20, 2024.

According to the court transcript, Juan M. Merchan, the judge in the trial, emptied the room of media. He also threatened to exclude the defense’s witness from the trial entirely due to his actions on the witness stand. The judge’s agitation included rolling his eyes and mumbling under his breath.

The day after the incident, on Tuesday, May 21, 2024, some of Trump’s formal legal representatives and some codefendants in Arizona were accused of fraud and forgery in a fake election plot. The attorneys that were charged were Rudy Giuliani and Christina Bobb.

However, the main incident occurred during Giuliani’s hearing, which was via the internet. The Arizona judge, unhappy with the ex-mayor’s criticisms, threatened to silence him for arguing against a $10,000 cash bail. The judge also gave him a 30-day grace period to turn himself into law enforcement.

The Arizona judge enabled the defendant, with some money, to post secured bail, as Giuliani has been officially declared bankrupt. Her threat only came after Guiliani, in trying to justify himself, criticized the accusations that were made against him. He also emphasized his finances while defending himself, saying that he had always made court appearances when he was required to.

Prosecutors highlighted that they only located Giuliani when he posted a picture of two agents outside of an 80th birthday celebration for the governor in Florida. Florida Attorney General Nicholas Klingerman has accused Giuliani of making fun of the legal system.

Giuliani, defending himself, said that since the litigation began, he has not hidden his whereabouts from anyone. He continued that he had not been hiding from anyone because if he was, why make 20–30 appearances?

He declared that being in bankruptcy had left him without security and referred to any monetary bond as “absolutely punitive.” After letting Giuliani speak for himself on the video link, the judge threatened to turn off his microphone if he continued.

Upon concluding his hearing and discussing the logistics with the court, Giuliani didn’t seem to be aware that he needed to provide the $10,000 that had been acquired. He wanted to know who he could get in touch with to get arrested and processed.

The prosecution deemed Giuliani’s claim that he “received service like a gentleman” untrue. Bobb, a senior attorney for “election integrity” who recently joined the Republican National Committee, grimaced when her mug photo was taken.

After an 80th birthday celebration in Florida on Friday, former Trump attorney Rudy Giuliani finally got service for his indictment. He appeared virtually. Having entered a not-guilty plea, Giuliani, who is also facing charges in Georgia, entered his plea.

Manhattan Criminal Court will see the arraignments of former White House Chief of Staff Mark Meadows and Trump attorney Boris Epshteyn next month. By signing a form, she acknowledged that a search had taken place at Mar-a-Lago before Trump’s Florida accusations.
