Josh and Sarah met while they were both students at Dartmouth College in the late 90s. They hit it off and began dating not long after their initial encounter. After being together for some time, the lovebirds got hitched in a private ceremony on July 21, 2002.
They have now been married for over 21 years as of 2023, and they have two beautiful kids. The couple welcomed this first child five years into their marriage on July 20, 2007. Their child, Keala Wayne’s Winterhalt, was born after an initially tricky pregnancy for Sarah.
While describing her first pregnancy experience, she said: “I’m enjoying it now, but at the beginning, it was tough, especially while I was working and before I told anyone, and I was sick. There were a few days where I’d sort of think one foot in front of the other and just get through it. Passing that initial trimester has been an adventure and change, but it’s been an awful lot of fun, too.”
Five years later, in 2013, Sarah and Josh adopted a little boy named Oakes Wayne, born sometime in August that year. Now, the beautiful family of four share most of their time together and reside in New York, making it relatively easy for both parents to pursue their careers.
