In recent news, Jeff Bezos has dismissed speculations that he will marry Lauren Sánchez in a spectacular ceremony before Christmas. The billionaire businessman made the comments in a social media post on Sunday, December 22.
Bezos responded to a post on X that contained material from a recent article in The New York Post. The piece said he and his fiancée, Sanchez, 55, were planning a $600 million wedding in Aspen, Colorado, on Saturday, December 28.
However, Bezos replied that it was not credible and that unless he was buying each of his guests a house, it was impossible to spend that much money. He also stated that the whole situation was completely false and none of it was happening.
The businessman continued by stating that the adage “don’t believe everything you read” is more relevant today than ever before. Bezos added that lies can now spread globally before the truth even has a chance to get ready, urging people to be cautious and not gullible.
