“KUWTK” stars Kim and Kourtney Kardashian gave fans quite the show during the season 18 premiere of the E! reality series.
Reality stars Kim and Kourtney Kardashian are the major culprits when it comes to getting physical in front of the cameras.
The sisters had one of their tremendous on-screen confrontations this year, during the premiere of the eighteenth season of the reality show, “Keeping Up With The Kardashians.”
During a virtual interview with TV anchor Jimmy Fallon, the SKIMS CEO shared juicy details about her viral confrontation with her older sister. Kim explained how hers and Kourtney’s fistfight ensued after the older woman scratched her “so hard” off the camera, causing her to bleed.
Although the camera missed this first assault, the 40-year-old reacted by walking over to her sister and hitting her in the face. That resulted in their physical fight, which Kim described as Kourtney’s way of backing out from the show. She explained:
“It was pretty intense. I feel it’s a lot of built-up resentment from Kourtney. I just feel like she doesn’t want to film anymore.”
Kim and Kourtney’s fight made the rounds on the media several months after, affecting various aspects of their lives. The beauty mogul recounted how the incident halted productions for a week until the sisters eventually came to terms with the situation.
Going further, she revealed that the Kardashians momager, Kris Jenner cried after seeing the clip of their not-so-proud moments. The 65-year-old could hardly believe that her daughters pulled off the disgraceful act.
In a later episode of the show, the momager admitted to feeling “really bad” after watching their explosive fight all over again. She went on to offer Kourtney an avenue to talk and let out her hurtful feelings. However, the 41-year-old assured her mom she had moved on.
The sisters had since settled their differences, with Kourtney apologizing to her sister shortly before the Kardashians embarked on a family trip to Armenia.
Notwithstanding, it appears Kim’s theory about Kourtney’s intentions to stop filming was right after all, with the 41-year-old star eventually having her way.
As most may recall, the Kardashians announced in September that the 14-year running reality show, “KUWTK” would come to an end after one final season.
Kim made the shocking revelation on Instagram, divulging that the final season would air in early 2021, giving fans a well-deserved closure after 20 seasons on-air.
Since the announcement, many have tried to analyze the sudden exit of the all-time famous dynasty from E!’s lineup, with most fingers pointing to Kourtney Kardashian.
Whether or not the oldest of the Kardashian’s increasing disinterest in the show contributed to its ending, knowing Kim and Kourtney’s relationship now stands a better chance gives some consolation.
