After making a career flipping houses and leading others to their dream homes, Christina Haack finally found the house of her dreams.
“Flip or Flop” star Christina Haack announced in April 2022 that she and her family moved into their new house in Newport.
The grand move came barely a year after Haack, her husband Joshua Hall, and her three children Taylor, Brayden and Hudson, moved into a luxury property in Dana Point, California.
While the family undoubtedly loved their Dana Point home, relocating to Newport Beach was more of an upgrade for them in many ways. It was larger, checked all their boxes in a dream home, and had been there all along!
In a post shared on Instagram, the mom of three revealed the new abode was in fact their longtime family home. Additionally, it was close to “school, family and work,” making it all the more desirable.
What Is Known About Christina Haack’s New House?
Christina Haack purchased her new house in Newport Beach, California for $12 million. The home comes equipped with top-of-the-art facilities, outdoor areas, living spaces, and furniture.
The property sits on about 7,000 square feet of land and boasts several floor-to-ceiling glass walls reminiscent of a giant glass box.
Some of its best-selling features include an in-built movie theatre, a large swimming pool, colorful gardens, sparkling glass walls, and a children’s play section. Modern features like smart overhangs installed in the outdoor sections also add a unique touch to the house.
The House Of Her Dreams
Haack shared glimpses into her abode in a June 2022 Instagram post, showing the family of five settling into their new property. The video also showed several parts of the home, including the kitchen, garden, lavishly furnished patio, and the kids’ play area.
Via caption, the “Christina on the Coast” star disclosed the family was obsessed with the new home. Going further, she revealed they made a wish list of everything they wanted in a home, and their house in Newport happened to check all the boxes. She described the home as the best vibes ever, adding it was time to make it theirs.
Christina Haack Sold Off Her old House At A Profit
Before relocating with her family into this new slice of heaven, Christina Haack put her old house up for sale. She reportedly sold the 5-bedroom, 7-bathroom property in Dana Point for $11.6 million.
The deal was a profitable one as barely a year prior, she purchased it at $10.3 million and moved in with her partner Josh Hall, and three kids.
After clinching the sale, the television personality shared a video of herself walking through the property and flaunting its extravagant line of fountain pools, floor-to-ceiling windows and modern furnishing.
She also expressed how much the family enjoyed designing the home to their taste and relishing the ocean view. The icon concluded the post by stating it was bittersweet having to move out so soon.
Following the move, the family of five relocated to a house in Orange County, California, using Haack’s property in Nashville, Tennessee as a second home. The family would certainly have their hands full maintaining both properties.
