Another prominent NFL family seems hesitant to splurge on a suite for Super Bowl 58 in Las Vegas. Just days after, the mother of San Francisco 49ers running back Christian McCaffrey expressed concerns about affording the “outrageously expensive” luxury suites at Allegiant Stadium.
Donna Kelce, mother of Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce, echoed similar sentiments. On Wednesday, during an appearance on the TODAY show, Kelce expressed, “Well, you can understand that the boxes in Vegas are multi-million dollars, so I have a feeling I’m not in a box.”
She continued, “I have a feeling I am in the stands. As far as I know, I am in the stands with everybody else because it is a pricey Super Bowl.”
Tickets for Super Bowl 58 at Allegiant Stadium are the priciest ever, averaging $9,619 on the secondary market, as per TickPick. Comparatively, tickets for Super Bowl 57 averaged $5,795.

At Allegiant Stadium, suite prices range from $1.4M to $2.5M for an Owner’s Club Suite, which offers 20 suite tickets, two parking passes, and a food and beverage package. Lisa McCaffrey voiced her concerns about luxury suite prices during an episode of her “Your Mom” podcast with Ashley Adamson.
In response, her son’s fiancée, model, actress, influencer, and former Miss Universe Olivia Culpo, announced on Instagram that she had reserved a suite for Lisa McCaffrey’s birthday. That plan eventually was thwarted, all because of Christian McCaffrey.
“She tried to, but I will not let anybody pay to watch me play,” Christian McCaffrey said Monday at Super Bowl 58 Opening Night, according to ExtraTV. “I had to nix that.”

Travis Kelce, undoubtedly, is in a relationship with the pop music sensation Taylor Swift. Whether Swift will grace the Super Bowl with her presence remains uncertain as she is scheduled to perform a concert in Tokyo, marking the inaugural stop of the 2024 Eras tour.
However, she has been spotted at several Chiefs games throughout the season, always in the comfort of a luxury suite. Regardless of whether the Kelce family secures a luxury suite for the event, Donna Kelce eagerly anticipates the experience.
“I really am, it is going to be a dream,” Donna Kelce said on the TODAY show when asked if she was excited to be attending the game. “To go back-to-back like this, back to the Super Bowl, I’m really excited.”

In other news, Travis Kelce thinks it’s ridiculous that some people believe he invented the fade hairstyle. He’s unhappy with The New York Times’ recent claim, especially since it came on the first day of Black History Month. He wants nothing to do with it.
“It’s absolutely ridiculous,” he said during Super Bowl LVIII media availability. “And to do it on February 1 — to throw me to the wolves like that — that was messed up, man. I don’t want anything to do with that one.”
