Kris Jenner’s palatial home in Hidden Hills, California, is her respite away from all the stress that comes from handling her TV business and being a pro momager.
When TV mogul Kris Jenner bought her $20 million mansion in the suburban area of Hidden Hills last year, she had tranquility, comfort, and coziness in mind. To this effect, she got her interior decor team together to bring her idea to life.
During Architectural Digest’s tour of the “KUWTK” boss’s home, Jenner opened up her abode showing off the intricate designs and her choice of arts contrasting with the cool background.
Inside Jenner’s Mansion
The camera shifted to focus on Jenner, who looked pretty much relaxed in an all-black indoor robe. She stood in the corridor of her home, which she shares with longtime boyfriend, Corey Gamble. The hall had visible demarcations right from the living room area.
Jenner noted how much she loved the house for its open floor plan. She shared that this made her feel relaxed and zen. The expanse of the polished wood floor reached to her living room that included a modern and non-imposing fireplace.
It consists of two lengthy white plush sofas that matched the walls, while there was a subtle contrast mark with small armchairs. Jenner’s living room carried off a minimalist aura, but there was a splash of colors.
The living room boasted ornaments and paintings which Jenner noted were part of the coziness she sought. Next was the dining area which also had a mix of minimalist and colorful. Jenner showed off the Charlotte Perriand credenza she purchased from Ellen DeGeneres.
The reality personality moved to the relaxation area of her home, where she once entertained Chrissy Teigen. She showed off the various artworks and furniture ranging from Jean Prouve, Pierre Jeanneret, and Le Corbusier.
The Interior Team Speaks About Jenner’s Home
The media expert got together her team, including the mother-son duo of Kathleen and Tommy Clements, who joined designer Waldo Fernandez to create her cozy home choice.
Jenner’s yearn for a warm home comes from her desire to stay at home more often than in older times. The mom who runs the smooth careers and of six children knew she needed some peace and quiet from business dynamics.
Fernandez relayed that Jenner used her home to express her love for art and design. The Hollywood decorator noted that he and the Clements worked hand in hand, channeling a fresh perspective from Jenner’s former flamboyant choices.
Inside Jenner’s Life As a Grandmother
When she is away from the hustle and bustle of Hollywood, Jenner relaxes in her Zen-inspired home. Sometimes she has her grandkids over, and it makes it more fulfilling.
Jenner, who prefers to be called Lovey instead of grandma, is blessed with ten mini-mes. She first welcomed a grandchild in 2009, when her first daughter, Kourtney Kardashian, welcomed her son, Mason, with Scott Disick
Kourtney would go on to become a mom of three when she gave birth to Penelope and Reign. The family expanded when Kim, Khloe, and Kylie joined the mom team.
