The story connects to ‘The Garden of Time’ by exploring the cyclical nature of human history and creation. The show celebrated clothing and fashion so delicate that they could only be worn once. Consequently, the dresses have been termed sleeping beauties and are kept in the meticulous archives of the Costume Institute.
