Chris Brown’s fan meet-and-greet videos have gone viral ever since his tour began in early June. Four guys are now alleging that during one of those meet-and-greets, Chris Brown gave the order for rapper Yella Beezy and his entourage to beat them up backstage.
The plaintiffs are suing Chris Brown, Yella Beezy, Live Nation, and Sinko Ceej, the leader of Chris Brown’s crew, for $50 million. According to reports, Da Marcus Powell, Charles Bush, Joseph Lewis, and Larry Parker filed the complaint.
Chris Brown Meet and Greet
According to reports, four males went to see Chris Brown perform on July 20 at the Dickies Arena in Fort Worth, Texas. The guys allege in the lawsuit that they and a group of forty ladies were invited backstage following the performance.
It was said it took Brown thirty minutes to reach the VIP area. Charles Bush says he gave the singer a pat on the back and told him he had a great show when Chris eventually made his way inside.
Chris Brown Lawsuit Assault
According to the lawsuit, Chris Brown felt the good energy until someone in his group cut it off. The person in the group reportedly exclaimed, “Man, you don’t remember you two were beefing?” Brown then appeared to remember the supposed conflict, saying, “What’s up. N***a, I don’t forget sh*t,” before giving the order for his group to beat up Charles Bush.
Bush claimed that seven or 10 of Chris Brown’s men encircled him and punched and kicked him right away. One of the men hurled a chair at Charles Bush’s head, and the lawsuit documents purportedly identified him as Hood Boss.
Meanwhile, Larry Parker was allegedly pursued by Yella Beezy and others to a dead-end stairway at the request of Chris Brown. He claimed that Beezy and others kicked and struck him in the head for more than ten minutes.
Victim Lawyer Released a Statement
On July 22, Tony Buzbee, the victim’s attorney, discussed the complaint on Instagram. He disclosed that there have been several police reports submitted. Tony reports that although all four men were hurt, one of them is still in the hospital.
