Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner seemed in good spirits as they reunited for Thanksgiving. The amiable ex-partners spent the holiday together despite the actor’s pending divorce from Jennifer Lopez.
Affleck and Garner, both 52, were spotted at a charity event on Thursday, November 28. There, they united with the Midnight Mission to feed 2,000 homeless and near-homeless people in Los Angeles. The former couple’s three children, Violet, 18, Seraphina, 15, and Samuel, 12, were also seen at the event, assisting their parents in community service on Thanksgiving.
In the holiday spirit, Affleck and Garner wore similar aprons that stated, “I love the Midnight Mission,” as they provided meals to those in need with other celebrity volunteers. The family dressed casually for Thursday’s trip in downtown Los Angeles.
Garner dropped her glitz for a more casual ensemble consisting of a blue sweater and trousers. The “13 Going on 30” actress fastened her brunette tresses with a brown hair clip. Meanwhile, the “Good Will Hunting” star donned a dark button-up shirt under his apron. Their Thanksgiving gathering comes only three months after Lopez filed for divorce from Affleck.
