The adult film actress claims she worked as Comb’s employee from 2004 to 2009. In her detailed 114-page complaint, she alleges that she worked as a “sexual pawn” at Combs’ lavish “White Parties” hosted at his residences in the Hamptons, New York, and Miami, Florida. The suit, submitted to the US District Court for the Southern District of New York, asserts that Combs was indeed who English described him as. She claims he forced her into prostitution and sex work for several years.

New Lawsuit Adds to Growing List of Allegations Against Sean “Diddy” Combs

English’s lawsuit marks the ninth legal action against Sean “Diddy” Combs since November, with eight of these cases directly accusing him of sexual assault. Among these cases is a settled one brought by his former girlfriend, Cassie Ventura. Another lawsuit implicates his son, Christian Combs, in sexual assault, with Sean Combs accused of aiding and abetting in that case. In response to the growing allegations, Jonathan Davis, Combs’ attorney, stated that the numerous lawsuits do not change the fact that his client was never engaged in sexual assault or sex trafficking.

Davis emphasized that in today’s world, anyone can file a lawsuit for any reason without substantial evidence. However, he noted confidently that the judicial system can discern the truth. He further asserted that Combs expects to be vindicated against these unfounded claims in court. English’s lawsuit, which demands a jury trial, seeks punitive damages of an unspecified amount.

Federal Investigation into Sean “Diddy” Combs Intensifies Amid New Allegations

Although Combs has consistently denied the multiple accusations against him in civil suits, he has not addressed each claim individually. After four lawsuits were filed in December 2023, Combs took to social media to strongly refute the allegations. He described those coming at him as sick and even accused the plaintiffs of seeking a “quick payday.” He firmly stated, “I did not do any of the awful things being alleged.”

Apart from the civil suits, federal investigators are reportedly preparing to present the claims of Combs’ accusers to a federal grand jury, according to sources familiar with the probe. This latest update suggests that the US Justice Department may be moving towards seeking an indictment against Combs. Moreover, bringing those who have filed civil lawsuits to testify before a grand jury would greatly advance the government’s ongoing investigation into Combs.

Allegations Against Sean “Diddy” Combs Span Multiple Lawsuits

As previously mentioned, Combs has been at the center of many legal problems since last November. “No rest for the wicked,” they say. The issue started when his ex-girlfriend, Cassie, accused him of abuse, human trafficking, and rape over their decade-long relationship.

However, the lawsuit was settled out of court just one day after it was filed. Shortly after Combs settled the case with Cassie, he faced more accusations in the Manhattan Supreme Court. Joi Dickerson-Neal alleged that Combs drugged and raped her while she was a college student at Syracuse University in 1991. On the same day, another woman accused Combs and singer-songwriter Aaron Hall of taking turns raping her and a friend in New York City over 30 years ago.

More Allegations Against Sean Diddy Combs

In December, a fourth victim came forward with allegations of sexual assault against the rapper. She accused Combs, along with Harve Pierre, the former president of Bad Boy Entertainment, and another individual of sex trafficking and gang rape when she was just 17 years old.

As if that wasn’t enough, on February 26, Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones, a former producer and videographer for Combs, filed a lawsuit alleging that he sexually harassed and drugged him. Apparently, the rapper is allegedly into male and female. Lastly, in May, Crystal McKinney, a former model, filed a lawsuit accusing Combs of drugging and sexually assaulting her in 2003. These lawsuits keep showing the huge legal battle Combs continues to fight. However, the rapper continues to deny all allegations of sexual assault and misconduct.
