In a recent revelation, Meghan Trainor has expressed her intentions to have cosmetic surgery. On November 20, 2024, Trainor released an episode of her podcast, “Workin’ on Upgrades,” where she expressed her desire for surgery. Trainor said, “Here’s another clickbait move I’m trying to make, I’m getting a boob job.”
The November 20, 2024, episode featured Meghan Trainor’s brother, Ryan, and husband, Daryl Sabara. In the episode, the singer stated that after having two sons, she felt influenced to get breast augmentation surgery. She said, “Because my mommy boobies were full of milk, and now they’re empty and then full of milk, and now they’re empty.”
Notably, Meghan Trainor shares two children, Riley and Barry, with her husband, Sabara. The “Made You Look” singer stated that getting a breast augmentation would also help in boosting her stage confidence.
She said, “And what’s really difficult is trying on all these amazing outfits for tours and for shows coming up. I have to wear the most supportive bras, and it could ruin the outfit.” With her “Timeless Tour” coming to an end in October 2024, Trainor believes that the procedure will have a big impact on her on-stage outfits.

Has Meghan Trainor Had Plastic Surgery?
Although Meghan Trainor is yet to go under the knife for cosmetic enhancement, she has expressed her desire to. In November 2024, during a podcast session with her brother and husband, Trainor stated that she has always wanted a “boob job.” In reaction to the singer’s statement, her brother, Ryan, said, “Yeah, you’ve said this since you were like 16 years old, so this is not a new thing.”
Trainor responded, saying, “I have wanted this my whole life. So I’m going to have boobies that don’t look at the floor, and it’s going to be huge.” Subsequently, she added that although her breasts will be small, the treatment will greatly boost her self-confidence.
She said, “I’m just getting a lift. Maybe a little implant just so they’re like, ‘We are boobs,’ ‘cause right now, they are not. But I love them, love my body, and I’ve been wanting this for years.” This will not be the first time Meghan Trainor and her brother have openly discussed cosmetic procedures on “Workin’ on Upgrades.”
In August 2024, Ryan revealed that he received his first Botox injections, but only after receiving some encouragement from the singer.

In 2022, Meghan Trainor underwent an amazing weight-loss journey that saw her lose 60 pounds, resulting in surgery rumors. Speaking with PEOPLE, the singer stated that she lost her weight the long-term, healthy way by losing one pound per week. She said she was proud of herself for accomplishing something she never thought she could do.
Trainor admitted to Entertainment Tonight Canada that she challenged herself and worked out every day. This was further proven by Trainor’s Behind-the-Scene clips, which she shared on social media. In the clips, Meghan Trainor and her husband could be seen running on the treadmill and doing weighted squats side by side.
About Meghan Trainor’s Weight Loss Journey
In 2022, in an interview with Entertainment Tonight Canada, Meghan Trainor opened up about her weight loss journey following the birth of her daughter, Riley. Trainor said, “I was my heaviest I’d ever been. I was 200 pounds… I just wasn’t feeling great. I’ve never had stitches, so to have this C-section scar, I was in a really dark place, and I wanted to be in a great place for my son.”

According to Trainor, her experience post-delivery motivated her to alter her lifestyle. In addition to dieting, the singer also exercised daily, and her trainer, Rebecca Stanton, often shared images of the singer working out.
In the videos and pictures Stanton shared, Meghan Trainor and Daryl Sabara could be seen doing leg day exercises, including leaping and marching in place. In an Instagram post, Stanton wrote, “Their commitment and diligence are so evident that I am really proud of them! Let’s toast to many more leg days ahead!”
