Gary Shapley and Joseph Ziegler, both IRS whistleblowers, have been instrumental in revealing evidence linked to the indictment of Hunter Biden. Their efforts have also brought to the forefront President Joe Biden’s participation in international business dealings.
These revelations shed light on the Department of Justice’s apparent efforts to protect Biden. The evidence indicates that Joe Biden engaged in numerous email exchanges with the main planner of his son’s business deals.
Additionally, he received monthly payments from his son’s account, which had ties to Chinese Communist Party oligarchs. Initially, under Attorney General Merrick Garland, the Justice Department seemed to shield the Bidens.
However, the evidence presented by the whistleblowers has resulted in charges being brought against them. The whistleblowers’ evidence is gradually exposing the purported obstruction, prompting questions about Garland’s stance.

The criminal charges against Hunter Biden suggest that the Biden administration may have obstructed justice. This allegation aligns with the high crimes outlined in the articles of impeachment against Joe Biden.
“According to testimony from IRS whistleblowers, members of the Biden campaign improperly colluded with Justice Department (DOJ) officials to improperly interfere with investigations into tax crimes alleged to have been committed by Hunter Biden,” the impeachment filing reads.
“These acts constitute an abuse of power as well as Obstruction of Justice, 18 USC §§ 1505, 1510, 1512.”
In a recent interview, Hunter Biden voiced frustration over criticisms of his business dealings, likening them to tactics employed by the Nazis and Putin. He dismissed conspiracy theories and highlighted that he has been under investigation for several years.

Additionally, Biden criticized politicians and the media for spreading hate and misinformation, drawing parallels to tactics employed by Putin. Recently, California indicted Hunter Biden on nine new charges, alleging tax evasion among them.
The charges consist of three felonies and six misdemeanors. The indictment asserts that Hunter Biden participated in a four-year scheme to evade paying at least $1.4 million in federal taxes from 2016 to 2019.
Instead, authorities accuse him of spending millions on a lavish lifestyle. In addition to these charges, Hunter Biden is also confronting federal firearms charges in Delaware. Despite a plea deal falling apart, he would have served two years of probation under the original agreement.

“The indictment says Biden spent millions on an ‘extravagant lifestyle’ — including membership in sex clubs and more than $188,000 on adult entertainment — rather than paying his taxes,” the filing states.
“According to the indictment, Hunter Biden ‘continued to earn handsomely and to spend wildly in 2018.’ His ‘expenditures increased as his income increased,'” the indictment says.
The White House asserts that President Biden is innocent and unaware of his son’s business dealings. However, critics contend that Hunter is receiving preferential treatment compared to other Americans who face prison sentences for similar crimes.
