William “Bill” Frederick Burr was born on June 10, 1968, and is an American stand-up comedian, actor, filmmaker, and podcaster. He is of Irish-German descent and was born in Canton, Massachusetts, to parents Linda Ann and Dr. Robert Edmund Burr.
