While presenting the ARIA Awards to Justin Bieber and Kid La Rai for their single, “Stay,” Charli XCX’s dress strap refused to stay in place.
The “Good Times” singer experienced an embarrassing wardrobe malfunction when one of her straps slipped down her shoulder while waving the awards recipients goodbye.
She quickly rushed to grab the strap of the black dress, but not before the camera caught a glimpse of her exposed breast. The star expertly laughed off the moment.
Luckily, the England native presented the awards virtually, from her home, making it possible for the producers to edit the nip slip out of the show that aired on YouTube. Charli took to Instagram days later to share the hilarious moment, albeit a censored version.
2. Lil Nas X On “Saturday Night Live”
In what was undoubtedly the most embarrassing stage moment in 2021, rapper Lil Nas X split his pants during his live performance on “Saturday Night Live.”
The fashion slip happened while he was singing “Montero (Call Me By Your name,” during the May 2021 performance. For the occasion, he donned tight pants, which proved too tight for his planned pole dance.
The outfit ripped in the groin area just as he grabbed the pole, forcing the rapper to spend the rest of his performance concealing his crotch.
Many believed the fashion faux pas was premeditated. However, the icon took to Twitter to clarify that he never planned to rip his pants on television.

While leaving “The Late Show,” on November 15, Lady Gaga was unprepared for the gust of wind that greeted her outside the premises.

September 2021 saw the “Need To Know” singer Doja cat perform at the Balmain Fashion Show in Paris. It also gave us another celebrity nip slip as one of the star’s breasts briefly slipped out of her halter neck bra top.

Gigi Hadid’s sister, Bella Hadid mirrored her sister’s confidence when she walked the red carpet in a Schiaparelli Haute Couture long-sleeve black dress with her whole bust exposed.

While every pointer shows that Kim Kardashian’s broken zipper at the Wall Street Journal Magazine’s Innovator Awards counts as a wardrobe malfunction, the reality star seems to think it doesn’t.
For the event held in November, the mother of four donned a black leather dress from her SKIMS x Fendi collection. As she stood up to receive her award as an innovator of brands for her work on SKIMS, the zipper of her outfit burst open.
Luckily, Fendi’s artistic director Kim Jones was by her side to fix the zipper before the merciless lens of the cameras captured it.
Once on stage to receive the honors, the fashion mogul disclosed to the audience she had a “little fashion emergency,” but was lucky to have her Skims shapewear underneath her dress. She also thanked Jones for coming to her aid at the nick of time.
