Simon and Falynn were married for two years before their split. Nonetheless, Williams and Simon are basking in their love affair.
And they keep showing off the beautiful bond they share. There was an initial uproar after the TV star announced that she was dating Simon. Williams has since laid the controversies about her relationship with Simon to rest.
According to William’s statement on social media, she and Falynn were not friends. She noted that she had nothing to do with the ex-couple’s split and she also described her relationship as a “positive, loving step forward in everybody’s lives.”
Interestingly, the new couple wasted no time in moving swiftly with their romance. They announced their engagement after dating for one month.

RHOA viewers can’t wait for a wedding announcement as the lovebirds keep showing each other off. Simon, who is a film producer and entrepreneur, took Williams to his home town and it was such an amazing experience for the two.
Williams and Simon received a grand welcome when they arrived in Benin City, located in the southern part of Nigeria. After arriving at Simon’s homeland, the RHOA star posted beautiful clips and photos about the city’s culture.
The couple was received with a lot of love as they walked into the residence of businessman and aristocrat Chief Gabriel Osawaru Igbinedion.
Williams quickly bonded with Simon’s family and friends. She also got a present which she thanked her “new sisters” for in a post on social media. She wrote:
“Thank you to my new sister for sending me my fabulous dress. This is the City that raised my fiancé and I’m so blessed to come back and have this experience with him.”

Williams sure took her fabulous looks to Africa. The Bravo icon looked as stunning as ever in chic African prints. A post on social media featured the reality TV star in a maxi dress with bright colors, which was a gift from Simon’s family, according to her post.
Fans could not get over the look. Williams rocked the high-low floral dress with a pair of high heels and a gold clutch purse. She also wore red beaded bracelets and her perfect brunette curls.
Family is everything for the 40-year-old mom and reality TV star. Williams also met her entrepreneur fiancé’s mother for the first time, and she shared the beautiful experience with fans on social media.
Williams noted that Simon’s mom, Martina Guobadia, was happy to see her son. She also added that the movie producer’s family reminded her of her own family. The happy bride-to-be noted that she felt blessed to be welcomed into the Guobadia family.
