Melanie Trump and her son Barron Trump have been sighted publicly for the first time since Donald Trump’s historic court verdict. On Thursday 30, May 2024, the Republican presidential candidate was found guilty of 34 counts of business record falsification.
On Tuesday, June 4, 2024, Trump and her son Barron were seen leaving the Trump Tower in New York, carrying along several expensive luggage. This would be their first public appearance since Donald Trump’s hush money trial concluded. During the trial, their absence was well noted, as they did not show up in court, despite its significance.
According to the images that were uploaded online, they entered into a Secret Service SUV, with their luggage being arranged into vehicles. As they were being ushered into the vehicle, Trump was heard asking her son to keep his head down. Among the luggage, there were a minimum of seven Louis Vuitton bags and several garment bags with Barron’s initials on them. After exiting the tower they were spotted heading to a Bedminster estate.
In April 2024, Donald was arraigned in court under charges of lying in his official business records. The trial was under New York’s state law and was carried out in Manhattan under Judge Juan Marchan. Donald had made a $130,000 hush payment to Stormy Daniel to keep their affair out of the public in 2016.

However, to hide the payment, Donald had classified it as a business expense. He was found guilty of 34 felony counts of falsifying business records by the jury after a two-hour deliberation. Trump has never responded to any press inquiries however Donald spoke on her behalf.
