The rescheduling of the highly publicized fight between Mike Tyson and Jake Paul has left fans somewhat disappointed. However, Paul seems to have found a solution to the issue as he attempts to stay active before his fight with Tyson.
Originally, the Paul Tyson fight was scheduled for July 20, 2024, at Arlington’s AT&T Stadium. However, after Tyson, 57 years old, suffered from severe ulcer pain, the fight was rescheduled for a later date. Tyson had been transferred from Miami to Los Angeles, with medical services waiting as the flight landed.
Netflix and Most Valuable Promotions had informed the boxing world that, following medical advice and inability to train, Tyson would be unavailable. After making the announcement, Logan Paul volunteered to fight in Tyson’s place.
Logan had posted a picture of them and captioned it, “So Mike Tyson’s out? I’ll step in, and we can settle this once and for all.” Paul had also indicated that he could have his boxing calendar full in 2025. He had speculated about some fighters among opponents, such as KSI, while Logan will be fighting Deji Olatunji.

Paul had posted on X, about the fight taking place sometime in February. While we wait for the Tyson-Paul rescheduled fight on November 15, 2024, Paul has decided to announce another fight. Paul will be fighting former UFC fighter Mike Perry in July 2024.
Paul doesn’t seem to read much importance into the fight with Perry, as he calls it an appetizer. Perry, 32 years old, is a mixed martial arts fighter, who gained popularity in the UFC. Although Perry has just one professional boxing win in his career, he remains undefeated in his last 5 bare-knuckle boxing bouts.

While Pau acknowledges that Perry might be difficult, he claims that would win in less than 10 minutes. On July 20, 2024, Perry and Paul will have their fight. Paul will be looking to increase his boxing wins to 10 as he fights against Perry.
Perry competed in the UFC for five years, although he was never able to contend for a world title in the organization. Paul said that he finds Perry interesting while praising him for his toughness.

We continue to anticipate the litany of fights coming our way as the YouTubers look to extend their boxing careers. Tyson released a statement in which he said that he wanted to appreciate his supporters worldwide for their support and understanding.
Tyson said that his body is in better shape than it was in the 1990s. He said he hopes to get back to his full strength and training very soon.
