Gibson had to wear built-up shoes and even stood on a box to be at eye level with his co-star. In addition, the actor admitted that he had to wear elevator shoes during their love scenes. Also, on the height issue, Weaver told CNN:
“There are actors who are insecure. Sometimes very tall actors go, “How tall are you?” And you just go, you are towering over me, you can’t be — one of the most secure was actually Mel Gibson. He didn’t care if I was three inches you know, I could wear huge heels and he’d be fine with it.”

Gibson, who had just finished filming the Tv series “The Continental” in Budapest, looked happy as he took in the sights. Before arriving in Prague, the actor had toured Vienna, where he attended a concert by the Vienna Mozart Orchestra.
