In July 2015, Shelton and his former wife Miranda Lambert announced their split. The pair noted that they did not envision such, but with the development, they plan to co-parent.
By the following month, Stefani and her husband Gavin Rossdale were also headed to the divorce court. While Shelton and Lambert were married for four years, Stefani and Gavin were together for 13 years.
