They welcomed twin boys named Sullivan and Darby on February 1st, 2007. The pair, now 15-year-olds, have accompanied their parents to various red-carpet events and frequently appear on their parent’s Instagram and Twitter pages.
Meanwhile, during an interview with PEOPLE, Patrick revealed that Sullivan and Darby aren’t precisely alike despite being twins. Jillian Almost Divorced Patrick

“Our marriage was not something I was prepared to let go of. I didn’t feel like we had done all the work. And we both wanted to do that work. That’s where it started.”
The couples decided to work through their marital issues with counseling assistance to be better role models for their children. Thankfully, just one year later, in 2016, the couple’s reconciliation began to show signs of progress. Then in May of that same year, Patrick officially announced their reconciliation. To the delight of many, the couple has remained together since.
