The Tennessee-based real estate professional, 44, posted a shot with his girlfriend, model Stephanie Gabrys, in an Instagram post on Monday, January 13, for the first time amid his ongoing divorce from his estranged wife, HGTV star Christina Haack.
In the shot, Gabrys was comfortably perched on Hall’s knee as they sat in front of an outdoor fireplace. Christmas decorations and scenic mountains were visible in the background. “Happy 35th to this real life [angel emoji],” Hall’s caption read. “Thank youuuuu!!” Gabrys replied in her repost.

Josh Hall seems to have found love again in Stephanie Gabrys. According to what a source told PEOPLE on January 10, the two are “perfect” for each other.
“Josh met someone wonderful in Nashville, and they have been happily dating for some time,” the insider said at the time, adding that Hall had not been trying to date, but serendipity helped him meet someone, and they clicked perfectly.
Hall is “trying to live a more private life and has no desire to be a celebrity,” the source also said. “He hasn’t made a show of the relationship, but it’s not a secret.”
According to the source, Hall prefers to stay “low-key” and is “very happy with his life and looking forward to 2025 and what’s on the horizon. This is the happiest he’s been in some time.”

According to a source, Josh Hall’s new girlfriend has been a constant source of support by his side amid his split from his estranged wife. “Stephanie has been there for Josh through all of this,” the insider said. Gabrys was also by his side on his birthday trip to Big Sur, California in September. In Hall’s recent Instagram post, in which he reflected on the “tough year” he had in 2024, Gabrys was in the comment section with an encouraging comment.
“Proud of you and the strong, patient, hard working, generous, and kind hearted man you are! 2025 is going to be the best year yet!” She wrote. The model also called the retired Santa Monica police officer, “the absolute sweetest” in the comments of a recent Instagram post, writing, “You are also on my and so many others list of blessings! Truly grateful for you!”

Josh Hall and Christina Haack are separated and in the middle of finalizing their divorce. Hall filed for divorce from Haack after nearly three years of holy matrimony on July 15, 2024, citing “irreconcilable differences” and requesting spousal support.
Their divorce proceedings, most of which have been public, are still ongoing but they both seem to have moved on. Josh Hall has a new girlfriend that adores him and Haack is also in a new relationship with businessman Christopher Larocca. Larocca is a California native, and is the president and CEO of Network Connex, according to the company’s official website.
He and Haack had reportedly been dating for about three months when news of their relationship broke in January. Larocca was reportedly with her on her trip to Italy in October 2024, as the couple was pictured holding hands during their getaway.
