Over the last three seasons, the Kansas City Chiefs have emerged as one of the most popular sports franchises in America. Since winning their second consecutive Super Bowl in February 2024, the attention around players like the Chiefs’ quarterbacks Patrick Mahomes and Travis Kelce has grown.
With celebrities like Taylor Swift and Paul Rudd openly showing support for Kansas City, the Super Bowl winners have gotten full public attention. However, after winning two consecutive Super Bowl titles, the attention might be moving from the Kansas City Chiefs’ on-field performance to their significant others.
Meet the Cast of the Kansas City Chiefs WAGs Show
Although no official statement about the cast members has been made since the show was announced, there has been speculation about who will feature in it. At the top of the list is Mecole Hardman Jr.’s fiancé Chariah Gordon and Chris Jones’ girlfriend, Sheawna Weathersby, who also share two children with him.

In an anonymous statement to PEOPLE, a source said, “There’s still lots to figure out, including who would be a part of the final cast and whether there’s enough there to build a full series around. It’s very much a work in progress.”
Another source stated that while filming was done in the offseason, most Kansas Chiefs players rarely appeared in the series. Additionally, the source stated that the wives of Mahomes and Blake Bell, Brittany Mahomes, and Lindsay Bell, weren’t involved in the new series.
The sources stated, “The action is all centered around Chariah and Sheawna and their group of friends, who all know the struggles of being partners to these workaholic athletes.”
Is Taylor Swift on the Kansas Chiefs WAGs Show?
One question that everybody has been asking is whether Taylor Swift, who is dating Travis Kelce, is on the Kansas City WAGs show. The short answer is no.
According to a source close to the singer, Taylor Swift and Brittany Mahomes are not part of the show and will not even be filmed. The source stated, “Taylor, especially, is very protective of what little private life she has left.”

The source added, “She enjoys all the ladies she’s met, but she will not be a part of Bravo’s storyline.” Notably, Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce began dating in 2023, with speculation starting as far back as July 2023. However, the lovebirds formally announced their romance on September 24, 2023, after the singer appeared with Kelce’s mother, Donna.
When Is the Chiefs WAGs Show Premiere?
Although there is no official release date for the Kansas Chiefs WAGs show, Bravo has confirmed its development. According to the studio, the reality show is still in development as of October 2024.
Bravo has started filming a series focusing on the partners of Kansas City Chiefs players, although without Taylor Swift and BFF Brittany Mahomes. With cast members like Weathersby, the public is expected to gain insight into the players’ daily lives and their partners’.
Throughout this season and previous seasons, Gordon and Weathersby have both continuously demonstrated their support for their significant others. They recently posed for pictures at Arrowhead Stadium with fellow Chiefs WAG Taylor Swift, who was supporting boyfriend Travis Kelce.
